David Corenswet’s Superman look leaked from sets, fans call him perfect Clark Kent
Leaked pictures from the sets of the upcoming Superman movie end all doubts about whether David Corenswet will be apt to play the Kryptonian.
A few pictures from the set of Superman have gone viral on social media, revealing the look of David Corenswet as the Last son of Krypton. The actor is seen wearing the classic costume that’s heavily inspired by the comics. He is seen in the iconic red-and-blue costume with the cape, which is more vibrant and unlike the costumes seen in Zack Snyder’s Superman.
Fans of the superhero franchise are on cloud nine and claim that David Corenset is the perfect fit to play the character. Along with David Corenswet, Edi Gathegi was also clicked. Edi, who is playing Mister Terrific in the upcoming film, was also seen in a costume that justifies the ones in the comics.
On top of that, Rachel Brosnahan was also spotted as Lois Lane. Fans gave thumbs up for her casting as well. Looks like James Gunn has gotten his actors right for the reboot, which according to him was in his mind for a while.
According to James Gunn, the film will be centered around Superman’s earlier part of his life where he is trying to reconcile with his family on Earth and coming to terms with his powers. There are a lot of expectations for the film as it has to be seen what James Gunn does with the most popular superhero after the consistent failures of the previous ventures of DC with him.
Other cast members of the film include Nicholas Hoult as the villain Lex Luthor, Skyler Gisondo, Sara Sampaio, Terence Rosemore, Anthony Carrigan, Nathan Fillion, and Wendell Pierce.
